Shipping and Returns
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, US or Muslim holidays. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be notified in both instances.
If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within five days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.
In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email email@example.com
Shipping Cost And Times
Please note that the shipping times for standard shipping is estimated 5-7 business days, and apply only to deliveries made within the contiguous US. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous US. Express shipping and overnight will be an additional cost.
Returns And Exchanges
All merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase by mail, customer pays for return shipping unless item is defective, must include all original packaging and tags attached. Customer must email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject RETURNS, with the reason of return.
Exchanges must also be made within 30 days of purchase, customer pays for return shipping and must contact us first at email@example.com with subject EXCHANGES, with reason of exchange. All packaging and tags must be included and attached.
Black Friday Sales are final.
